Inverted initials on WIAE cover
A cover of the Dec. 13, 1927 WIAE flight from PaP to San Juan (Pioneer #8a, WI-5a, MU-12) was recently sold on eBay and it was addressed to L.B. Rowe instead of the correct name B. L. Rowe.
Does anyone know who was responsible for the printing of these covers and if the inverted initials appear on other WIAE covers?
