O.P.B. on Scott #100/Y&T #88
Going through my stockbook and noticed a copy of Scott #100 bears the inscription 'O.P.B.' on the back of the stamp (see images).
Has anyone seen this before?

I have not seen this before but I assume that they are probably the initials of a collector that once owned the stamp.
I don't recall specifically seeing these same initials.
As you indicated these could be the initials of a collector.
I recall reading of a "paranoid" collector, fearful that his collection might be stolen, applied a handstamp with his initials to the back of every stamp in his collection. These could also be the initials of a dealer authenticating or certifying that the stamp is genuine.
