Comite Berthelot
Would appreciate any information or pointer on the Comite Berthelot in Haiti. I am assuming it was named after the Chemist Marcelin Berthelot, but have not been able to find much more on the committee itself.

According to this June 14, 1927, article in Le Matin, a committee was established at the initiative of the French Legation in Haiti to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the birth of French chemist Marcelin Berthelot. The Haitian committee was composed of Auguste Bonamy (President), Rev. Father Lanore (Vice-President), Édouard Estève (Treasurer), and Dr. François Dalencour (Secretary General).
