This first selection of Lots features Haiti Postal Administration penalty envelopes from the 1920's. Some are somewhat fragile brown paper, with some chips and stains. In groups of 3, with town of origin indicated by date stamp (cds) or handwriting (ms); all to Port-au-Prince, many by airmail.
