    All the Haiti issues printed by Courvoisier are listed in HP Vol. 22, No. 2, p. 8-11. Don't know if booklets were made for all the issues but two of these (150th Anniversary of Independence and Mme Magloire series) were recently auctioned by Latin American Philatelics (postal auction 128). Photo from auction catalogue below.
