In August 1996, postal authorities released a set of stamps and two souvenir sheets to commemorate the Summer Olympic Games being held in Atlanta, Georgia, in the United States.   Although the Scott catalog lists the series as having two stamps, both Yvert and Tellier and Stanley Gibbons consider the se-tenant values as separate stamps, listing them individually as well as the composite sheet.  In recognition of those listings and the collecting style of any number of philatelists, we therefore add the additional designs to the collectibles of this series.
