1Two Formular cards, both the first type listed by Higgins & Gage (H&G) with no "Administration des Postes d'Haiti", both unused, one with 2c imperf Liberty Head affixed. Both cards are clean and in VF condition.$10.00No Bids
2Formular card, H&G type 7 (CARTE POSTAL in block type), unused with 3c perf Liberty Head affixed, very clean and VF.5.00No Bids
3Formular card type 7 used to Switzerland from PauP, 24 November 1886, paid by 3c perf Liberty Head. Card is quite stained, front and back, and has 1 cm tears at right and bottom. Possibly readable message on back in German. Also a second (much nicer) card, type 10, PauP to Paris, paid by 3c perf Liberty Head. Stamp is nicely tied and card is in fine shape with minor staining and some slight damage to upper right corner not affecting appearance. Message on back in French. 15.00$20.00
4Two unused formular cards, type 9 and 10, both with 3c Salomon adhesives, both clean and sound. Latter has small marking at lower left, possibly made at time of printing.8.00No Bids
5Postal card, #2, 2c Sam, used Jeremie, 13 April 1904, to France, 1c underpaid but no postage due charged. Neat and clean, overall VF, backstamped Cap Haitien and PauP, message on back in shorthand or some sort of code.10.00No Bids
6Postal card, #2, 2c Sam, used PauP to Germany, 8 December 1905, 1c Nord-Alexis added to make the 3c. Sound and very clean and attractive, neat message on reverse in French appears to be a proposal to exchange stamps of Haiti for those of Germany.10.0024.00
7Postal card, #2, 2c Sam, used via Dutch ship to Paramaribo, 17 May 1906. Two strikes of Dutch ship oval, both very clear and complete, message on back in German. Overall very fine and well suited for exhibition. Link to Auction Lot #7 image50.0090.00
8Postal card, #6, 3c reply message half only with Berthelot memorial handstamp, unused with typewritten address to the Berthelot Committee, Port au Prince. Clean, sound and VF.5.005.00
9Two postal cards, one #3 used Gonaives to Germany, 29 December 1898, message on back in German. VF light, clear strikes of Gonaives cds, slight staining on back does not show on front. Card is sound and otherwise VF. Also unused card #6, reply half only, clean, either a light shade or somewhat faded, otherwise VF. 20.0020.00
10Postal card, #3, 3c Sam, used Petit-Goave to Brussels, 5 June 1901. Sound with slight staining on front, two VF strikes of Petit-Goave cds and Brussels arrival on front. Message in French and PauP and New York transit cds on back. Nice, unusual card in nearly VF condition25.0030.00
11Postal card, #6, 3c reply, reply half used PauP to England, 9 May 1900. Two PauP cds on front, no message on back. Hinge markings on back, otherwise sound and nearly VF.2.004.00

15Postal card #14, 2c Nord-Alexis, used on US ship to Germany. Duplex marking on front, New York Paquebot April 21, 1921, and message on back in German. Clean and sound, VF.10.0014.00
16Two items, a picture post card, showing Emperor Soulouque and his empress in full regalia, paid by 2c Sam issue and 5c Centenary issue with Poste Paye overprint. Used to France with a short message in French on the front, not affecting the interesting vignettes of the Emperor and his wife. The second is a postal card, #2, 2c Sam, with a 3c adhesive added with the Christophe Citidel overprint, used locally. Card has tropical stains and is good for reference only. 10.0032.00
17Post Card (#9 Eglise Sainte-Anne de PauP) franked with pair of Scott #177 (Type 1 GL.O.Z. overprint). Sent from PauP to Amsterdam, dated 8/14/18. Cds indistinct. Condition VF.25.00No Bids
18Postal Card. Reply part (Reponse Payee) of 1c-1c domestic paid reply card of 1906 used to Germany with proper external franking by a pair of Scott #125 placed over indicia and tied by Jacmel cds of 3/18/10. VF.25.0025.00

HAITIANA. Senegal, Scott #C78, imperf (only 750 issued) plus a Deluxe Sheet (250 issued), MNH, VF. This stamp is one of a set of three issued by Senegal on 21 March 1970 to honor World Negro leaders. #C78 was issued to honor Dr. Price Mars, who died on 1 March 1969. Dr. Price-Mars, a doctor, ethnographer, diplomat, pedagogue and writer, is regarded as the principal Haitian intellectual guide of the 20th century. A 5 page biography in English language is included.
 
Covers
51First and Second Issue cover; Scott #5 plus a vertical strip of three of #7. Foreign Ministry return address printed on cover; franked with a vertical strip of three of the 1c Plate II, Printing I issue. One stamp is folded over the edge onto the back, while the bottom stamp in the strip has a defect at bottom. Very rare cover in darker red shade. The 1c stamps tied to cover by 7/24/84 cds of PauP, arriving in Baltimore on 8/5 and forwarded to NY on 8/5. The superb #7 may not be original. Beautiful albino seal imposed onto back of cover. 53Rare domestic registered cover from Cayes to PauP franked by strip of five 2c orange (Scott #54). All stamps tied by clear 10/16/99 cds. Printed address to Director of National Bank of Haiti in PauP. Stamps are close to top of cover with some perf separation between 2nd and 3rd stamps. Large red wax seal of the bank on back of cover. 54Scott #304 tied to cover to USA w/PauP cds of 3/20/20. Cover has almost unnoticeable tear at top not affecting stamp. VF.5.005.00
55Printed National Bank of Haiti - PauP cover to USA. Paid w/Scott #180 & #245. Two bold strikes of 4/22/20 of PauP tie both stamps to cover with backstamp of Port Washington, NY of 4/30/20. Nice, VF condition, cover.30.0030.00

58Scott #379 pays the single printed matter rate on local cover within PauP. Stamp is tied by cds of 12/10/53. Printed shipping scheduled enclosed. Large blue agent handstamp of Royal Dutch Steamship Co on back of unsealed cover. Small tear at top does not detract. Unusual usage since most printed matter covers are discarded. VF.25.0030.00
