December 3, 2016 - Our Society Auctioneer has added a scan of Society Auction Lot 49 to those images already used in illustrating our current auction.

November 23, 2016 - The Society Auctioneer has released the December quarterly auction. It is now available for review by checking the 'Current Auction' on our Auctions page.

September 25, 2016 - Prices realized have been posted to our September 2016 Society Auction.

August 27, 2016 - The Society has modified its sales terms for CDs/DVDs ordered by Non-Members living outside the United States and Canada. For further information, please see the note at the bottom of our Publications page under the publications listing provided for Non-Members of the Society.

August 18, 2016 - Our Society Auctioneer has added a scan of Society Auction Lot 3 to those images already used in illustrating our current auction.

August 16, 2016 - The description for Lot 46 in our current auction has been modified to better reflect the item up for bid. The description had previously indicated the 25 January 1945 cancellation on the sheet was a first day postmark. The actual date of issue was 25 November 1944, so the description has been modified accordingly by eliminating the erroneous reference.

August 12, 2016 - Our Society Auctioneer has added a scan of Society Auction Lot 5 to those images already used in illustrating our current auction.

August 10, 2016 - Another entry concerning Haitian fantasy labels has been added to our "UPU Illegals" page under the header of '1964'.

August 8, 2016 - The Society Auctioneer has released the September quarterly auction. It is now available for review by checking the 'Current Auction' on our Auctions page.

July 8, 2016 - The 'Reference Material' page has been significantly modified to better serve as a guide to collecting the stamps and postal history of Haiti. We have added many visually stunning award-winning exhibits that have been shown at national and international levels. Be sure to review them to more fully understand the wide scope of material available to those interested in the philately of Haiti. There is so much beyond what the recognized catalogues list. We actively encourage others among our membership to share their exhibits of Haitian material as well.

June 26, 2016 - Prices realized have been posted to our June 2016 Society Auction.

May 28, 2016 - The Society is pleased to announce the release of its Special Study No. 4, "Haiti’s 50c Nord Alexis Stamp of 1904", authored by Peter C. Jeannopoulos, former Society president, and author of two other Special Studies released in prior years by the Society. This new work brings together information not readily available elsewhere from various sources in English, French, and German. In this comprehensive work, the author examines the genuine issue, reprints, and two types of forgeries that are known. Furthermore,he discusses the various varieties known of the genuine issue, including perforations recorded, the rarity of covers, and other issues created by Haitian postal authorities in subsequent years by overprints and by surcharges applied to the basic stamp. The 76 pages of this monograph are divided into six parts for ease of use as a standard reference.
